Lisa is a multi-faceted professional with 18 years of experience in the complex and evolving healthcare industry. Throughout her career, Lisa has refined her expertise in the areas of management, training, consulting, auditing, medical assisting, medical billing, and procedural and diagnostic coding. Lisa is a regular speaker for the coding community as well as other healthcare related organizations. Additionally, she has several written articles that have been published in coding related journals.
Lisa holds a Ph.D. in Healthcare Administration and Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree. She is also a Certified Coding Specialist-Physician Based (CCS-P), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), and Certified Professional Coder-Hospital (CPC-H).
Adriane Kirkwood, Consultant
Adriane has over 15 years experience in coding, revenue cycle management, accounts receivable, and collections for physician offices across the United States. She is able to design effective revenue cycle programs, develop processes to accelerate and maintain cash collections. Adriane is an active member of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) and a Certified Professional Coder (CPC).

Latesha Woods, Consultant
Latesha is a multi-skilled health care professional with 10 years experience working solely in a physician office setting. Latesha holds an Associate’s in Arts degree in science and is credentialed as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Registered Medical Assistant (RMA). Latesha is an active member of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) most recently serving as secretary/treasurer of the Chicago Southeast local chapter.
